CaptJack has been playing HEX, his new favorite trading card game, since before set 2 came out and feels the HEX community is the best trading card community to date. CaptJack is currently running a Titania’s Majesty deck, but with his own personal spices including Unity Generator and Eternal Sage. He didn’t make it past the first round opening week, but received some assistance fine-tuning his deck in between cups, launching his skill set forward to scoring second place in the second cup. CaptJack has participated in both cups thus far and is looking forward to spending his Sunday evenings with us for many more. And with two cups behind us, two victors stand above the rest! “Fierock” advanced through his opponents becoming ESL’s first NA Kick Off Cup champion. Troops were exhausted, lives drained, and dreams crushed throughout each action-packed round. Players excited to be participating broadcasted the events from their point of view on their personal streams. Our first cup hosted 7 rounds of best of threes with 108 battle-ready combatants entered to test their skills against the emerging HEX player base our second, 6 rounds with 86 entered combatants. ![]()
